On June 28th- July 1st I traveled to Atlanta Georgia for the ASCA (American School Counselor Conference). My school was lucky enough to send all four of us counselors. Julie, Alison, and Tim and I were off to met the famous Norman C. Gysbers who is the pioneer of Comprehensive School Counseling. While I was there I wanted to experience some true southern BBQ and sweet tea. It took bravery to venture off the beaten path and being the only white girl for miles around to find Daddy D's BBQ. It was dirty, scary but sure tasted good.
