For Christmas this year our families are getting a calendar of Mack, so each month I take picture for the calendar. July's theme is "All American Boy". The photo shoot usually takes me about 10 minutes to set up, 10 minutes to get Mack ready, and 10 minutes to shoot. Well this time it took all day long. I started at 9:00 a.m. with the set up and then it took me till 11:00 a.m. before I had Mack ready to go. Mack lasted about 2 minutes in the wagon before tears started rolling down his face. I had waited to long and it was his nap time. The photo shoot went on hold while Mack took his longest nap ever. He slept for 5 hours. Then when he got up he had to eat, play, and then get ready again for the re-shoot. The second time was a success. It took all day but it was worth it, now the decision is what photo to use for the calendar.

Wow, Cam, these pictures are beautiful!!! I love the idea of a calendar!! By the way, did you ever make a book from your blog posts? If so, where did you go to do this?
