Santa Mack

My little Santa is becoming such an angel.  For the past four days my mom and sister have been in town.  We have gone shopping, out to eat, and visiting my grandma's sister Ellen.  Mack has just rolled with the flow and been so good.  He allowed us to shop for over three hours at the Fashion Place Mall.  We could have kept going but it was getting close to closing.  The only time he fussed is when we were in Nordstrom and he got a little hungry so him and I headed to the women's lounge for a snack.  After that he was good to go and loved looking around at all the stuff.  Also on Saturday he went to my grandma Nielson's to get the house ready for our annual Christmas party without me.  My mom and Stacy took him over and I stayed home and went to a neighborhood Christmas party and cleaned the house.  We were apart for over 8 hours and he was so good for them.  It was nice cause it allowed me to clean my woodfloors without him breathing the fumes.  I must say I was glad to see him and be together again.

Mack is also learning new things daily.  At this 6 1/2 month appointment he weighed 16.8 lbs.  He is in the 23rd percentile for weighted, 28 for height and 79 for head.  He can sit up all on his own, he can stand a walk with help.  He takes about 6 steps.  I am amazed at how strong he is getting.  He loves to play in his Einstein jumper now.  At first it overwhelmed him but now he loves it.  When you watch him jump and grab the toys on it you can see the muscle definition in his arms and legs.  He also is now starting to fit into some of his shoes.  The first time he wore them he just stared and studied the shoes not know what to do.  I think he thought they were a new toy.  He know loves to pull on the laces and get them off and eat them.  He is at the stage where everything he can grab goes in his mouth.  About one month ago he realized that he could get his toes in his mouth.  He does not do it often but every now and then he will grab his feet and shove them into his mouth.  What a flexable baby, but then again I think all babies can do that.

These are photos I took the first week of December for our Christmas card.  I got Mack all dressed up as Santa, set up the props and we had a photo shoot.  He did really good and let me snap shots for about 10 minutes till  he decided that enough was enough.

These pictures are so cute. I love how you dressed him up. I really need to get your address to send your Christmas card. My cell phone crashed and I lost all of my numbers, I also couldn't remember your hamilton homes e mail so I left a message on your moms cell phone. If you wouldn't mind e mailing me your address...that would be great. My e mail is christiansen.ashley@gmail.com

I am glad that you are having so much fun with Mack. He is a really cute little guy.
